Every plate we supply is covered against manufacturing defects. If a raised digit comes away from your plate under normal use, contact us with a photo and we will supply a replacement digit free of charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, general wear and tear, impact, or chemical exposure. Raised digits that are broken, knocked off, or damaged through misuse are not covered.
Number plates — especially raised-digit and show plates — are sensitive to the strong chemicals used in automated car washes. TFR (traffic film remover) and repeated car wash use can dull, lift or damage the digits and acrylic over time.
To keep your plates looking their best, hand-wash gently with mild soap and water. Avoid pressure washing close to the plate and keep harsh cleaners away from the digit face. Extra care when washing will significantly extend the life of your plates.
We strongly recommend fitting your plates with sticky fixing pads rather than screws. Screws can stress the acrylic, cause cracking around the holes, and allow water behind the plate — leading to premature failure that is not covered by warranty.
Sticky pads spread the load evenly, keep a clean look with no visible caps, and help prevent moisture ingress. Fixing kits (sticky pads or screws with colour-matched caps) can be added to your order on the visualiser.
Road-legal plates are manufactured only once proof of identity and registration entitlement has been received and verified, in line with DVLA requirements. Show plates are sold for display or off-road use only and must not be used on UK public roads. Please check your registration spacing and details before ordering, as custom-made plates cannot be re-sold once produced.
